One-time customers fully own their software — no vendor lock-in, self-hostable or transferable anytime. UPI Auto-Debit is processed via Razorpay: one-time UPI payments are 0% per RBI mandate; recurring UPI Autopay carries Razorpay's own small gateway fee (typically under 2% + GST), deducted from the gym's collections — not charged by Aivora Technologies.
